Yes, you are welcome to a 1hr consultation and preliminary meeting so we can fully understand all of your needs and requirements.
Can I change my plan later?
Of course, for me this is all about communication, should you need to increase or reduce your plan we accommodate your needs in ample time to facilitate requirements
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 1 months notice should you look to terminate but myself and my team pride ourselves on delivering on time, in full and have set contract timelines that we always adhere to.
Can other info be added to an invoice?
Sure, if there are specifics of what was achieved and what time was spent we can ensure that everything is a transparent as possible.
How does billing work?
Our policy determines that we agree on a set amount of contracted hours per month and that the payment is made in advance so we can pencil in the time necessary allotted time into our workloads.
